- Creator payouts - We collect bank account or PayPal information for monthly creator payments
We never store complete credit card numbers or bank account details directly.
Support and Feedback: When you contact customer support or provide feedback, we collect the information you provide in those communications.

Usage Information: We collect information about how you use Subwave, including videos watched, content liked or shared, searches performed, and features used. This helps us improve recommendations and platform functionality.

Creator Responsibilities: Creators who receive subscriber data must use it only for delivering content and maintaining subscriber relationships. They must honor unsubscribe requests and delete data when requested.

We share personal information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for direct web and mobile payments
- App store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) for in-app purchases and subscriptions

Subwave is intended for users 16 years and older. Users between 13-16 may use the Service only with verified parental consent.

Mobile apps may collect additional device information including:
