Learn how to turn a simple idea into a clean, shareable newsletter that reaches your audience automatically in one seamless flow.
Writing and publishing a newsletter doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, the whole process can happen in one place, from the first word you type to the moment it lands in your subscribers' inboxes. I'm going to walk you through exactly how to write and publish a newsletter on Subwave, and how to turn a simple idea into a clean, shareable post that gets sent to your audience automatically.
Before you start writing anything, make sure your channel is already set up. This is where all your content is going to live, and it's how people subscribe to you. Once your channel is ready, you can share your link with your audience. That way, every time you post, they're going to receive it as a newsletter automatically.
Go ahead and do that first.
Now let's create a post. Go into your channel and tap "new post." This is going to take you to the create post screen. Here you have a few options. You can upload media like voice notes, record audio, or even add videos. But for this, we're going to focus on writing. Let's start from scratch.
First, you're going to add your title. Then you're going to start writing your post. The editor is designed to keep things simple and clean. You have all the essentials you need without getting overwhelming.
You can add headings to structure your content. You can use bold, italic, or underline for emphasis, and organize your ideas with bullet points or numbered lists. There's also a quote option, which highlights a section of your text and makes it stand out visually. You can also add links to other websites, and you can include images to make your post more engaging.
This is really all you need to create a well formatted, easy to read article.
Before you go too far into writing, I recommend setting up your writing style first. To do that, we're going to go into your settings, and then you're going to tap "edit" on your writing style.
Here you can paste in something you've already written, like an article or any piece of content. That way, Subwave is going to analyze it and learn your tone of voice and writing style. This is important because it helps the AI generate text that actually sounds like you, instead of something super generic.
Once you're done, you're going to confirm it and go back to your post.
Back on your post, once you're happy with your writing and formatting, you're going to tap "next." Here Subwave is going to generate a short description of your post along with a newsletter version that summarizes what you wrote. You can edit this if you want, tweak the tone, or keep it as is.
Then you're going to choose when to publish your post. And then you also have some visibility options. You can make it available only to your subscribers, or unlisted, so only people with the link can access it.
Finally, you have the option to send it as a newsletter. If you enable this, Subwave is going to email your subscribers automatically with your new post. So every time you publish, you're not just posting content. You're also reaching your audience directly.
Once everything looks good, go ahead and publish that.
And that's it. Your article is now live on your channel as a clean, shareable post, and your subscribers have received it as a newsletter.
Instead of writing in one place, formatting in another, and sending emails somewhere else, everything happens here in one flow.
You write once, publish it, and you grow your audience all at the same time.
